One of my favorite Stallions of Classical Piano performing a very spirit lifting concerto by the Maestro Mozart!
Another young fire cracker on the Classical Music scene representing Chopin!
One of my most revered artists, Andras Schiff, has such an elegant approach to J.S. Bach's music and his embellishments are quite delightful. Sit back, grab some popcorn and watch this video....its a long one, but well worth it!
It's Arthur Rubenstein....really don't need to say (write) anything!
Mitsuko Uchida performs Beethoven's Piano Concerto No.4. This Japanese pianist gave her first Viennese recital at the age of 14. Vienna is widely known as the Mecca of Classical Artistry, with notables such as Beethoven, J.S. Bach and Mozart all performing there sometime in their lives!
This is a post of an amazing performance of Beethoven's Piano Sonata no.21 also known as the "Waldstein" by an 8 year old! A very complex piece even for adults. Perhaps the next Yujah Wang or Mitsuko Uchida!
One of my favorite pianists with an extremely broad repertoire including Beethoven's Piano Concertos and many of J.S. Bach's keyboard works including Fugues, Goldberg Variations and more!
Daniel Baremboim, highly regarded as one of the most important stewards of the Classical Genre today, took up the piano at age 5 and then displayed his talents publicly for the first time at age 7. Here he performs all 3 movements from Sonata No. 14 in C-sharp minor.
Van Cliburn holds an ultra competitive international competition every 4 years. Much like the Olympics, contestants heavily gear up for this amazing and prestigious competition.
